Park Vista High School Performers Win Grand Champion Title For 6th Consecutive Year At Falcon Sound Invitational

The Park Vista High School Performers 

Win 1st Place In Their 5a Division And Grand Champions Overall At The Falcon Sound Invitational As They Head Into The Bands Of America Competition This Weekend

The Park Vista Striking Cobra Band performed their 2018 show called “In Due Time’, under the lights this past Saturday at Charles W Flanagan High School in Pembroke Pines. Now the group set their sights on this weekend’s performance at the Bands of America Regional Championship in Orlando

Boca Raton, FL – The Park Vista High School (PVHS) Performers competed in their second event of the marching season this past Saturday at Charles W. Flanagan High School in Pembroke Pines. The PVHS Performers took home First Place in the Class 5A Division for Best Music, Best Percussion and Best General Effect.  The 240 student band also took home Grand Champions Overall in the competition.  This is the sixth consecutive year that the Performers have been awarded the Grand Champion title at this event.

Now, the focus turns to the Bands of America Orlando Regional Championship in Orlando this coming Saturday where the PVHS Performers have competed in the event for the last three years. The event will be held at Camping World Stadium.

The PVHS Performers will perform in the morning prelims at 11:30 am and if selected to move on, again in the Finals on Saturday evening where last year they placed 5th out of the top 12 bands in the Championship. For more information, see link below:
