Immunization Van Offering Free Vaccines at School District Welcome Center Thursday

WEST PALM BEACH– Free immunizations will be available to children from two months old to 12th grade at the School District of Palm Beach County Welcome Center Thursday.

WHAT: Free Immunizations at School District Welcome Center

WHEN: ThursdayJuly 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

             Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.

WHERE: School District of Palm Beach County Welcome Center

                3300 W. Forest Hill Blvd., Building E (located behind the main building)
                West Palm Beach
The immunizations are offered through the Palm Beach County Health Department’s immunization van. Families should bring their child’s immunization records to receive necessary immunizations.
Students entering Kindergarten, 7th grade or registering for school in Palm Beach County for the first time must receive vaccinations and provide a Florida Certification of Immunization (DH 680 form) to the school upon registration.
