AFWC ‘Wine After Hours – Wednesday, July 25 at Square One in Boca!

The American Fine Wine Competition (AFWC) is hosting one its popular ‘Wine After Hours’ events THIS WEDNESDAY (July 25) at the new Square One restaurant & bar in Boca Raton. Wine After Hours is a fantastic opportunity to sip & sample dozens of award-winning wines (over 50!), along with plenty of tasty food samplings in a fun and casual setting. It’s also a great opportunity to socialize, network, and schmooze amongst like-minded food & wine lovers – all while helping to support a very worthy cause – the Alzheimer’s Association
The American Fine Wine Competition is the world’s largest and most prestigious American wine invitational, with literally thousands of wines, months of judging, and a full year of preparation and planning, all cumulating in the annual Gala awards dinner in April each year. As part of the celebration, AFWC hosts monthly events, including its popular Wine After Hours networking get-togethers — and with the stunning new Square One as a setting, this promises to be a good one! Enjoy unlimited tastings from over 50 award-winning wines, along with specially prepared by-the-bite treats from Square One’s Executive Chef Jon Greening. The menu is still being finalized, but look for some favorites including Square One’s signature Brick Oven Pizzas, Tuna Poke, and some of the best Burger Sliders in town. As a special bonus, you’ll also get a chance to meet both the Winemaker and the Owner of Kestrel Vintners, Washington’s Finest Wines Made for the Dinner Table! There’ll also be an exciting raffle and chance to win some valuable prizes. Then conclude the evening with some amazing Fudge from A Flair for Fudge, paired with dessert wines.

The AFWC Wine After Hours takes place WEDNESAY, JULY 23 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm at Square One (“SQ1”), located at 2222 Glades Road in the Glades Plaza (the former Brewzzi spot) in Boca Raton.
