Boca Raton Tribune Partners with City’s Office of Economic Development to bring Corporate Appreciation Luncheon

The Boca Raton Tribune, in partnership with the City of Boca Raton’s Office of Economic Development, recently launched a corporate appreciation luncheon that aims to recognize Boca based companies for their valuable contributions to the city’s corporate community.

The Boca Raton Tribune will host the periodic corporate appreciation luncheons, and the City’s Office of Economic Development will select companies from various industries to be honored and recognized.

At the luncheon, the company will receive the Boca Means Business award, which will be presented by Mayor Susan Haynie.  The winner of the Boca Means Business award will be featured in the Tribune’s new monthly publication “Business in Boca”, and will receive a complimentary page dedicated to highlighting the selected company.

“Boca Raton has a thriving corporate community,” said Mayor Susan Haynie. “Hosting an appreciation luncheon gives us the opportunity to recognize and thank our dedicated corporate executives for their hard work and valuable commitment to our City.”

“We are thrilled to be working in partnership with the City’s Office of Economic Development,” said Boca Raton Tribune Publisher, Douglas Heizer. “This will be a very important luncheon for the business community, and we look forward to developing this award and future projects with the City.”

Local company, edgeMED will be the first company awarded the “Boca Means Business” award. The event will take place on Friday, August 11 at Pavilion Grille in Boca Raton
