Obituary Michael A White

part0890Michael A White was the first born to Arnold and Shelia James. Michael was born on January 28, 1980 in Fort Lauderdale and graduated Spanish River High School.

As an adolescent, Michael spent the majority of his time learning and practicing Kenpo. This art helped mold him into the incredible man that we all knew and loved. In his adult years, Michael continued practicing martial arts and started mentoring and teaching with his Sensei Ray Doucette. During these times Michael developed a passion for working with and teaching the youth martial arts which he loved so much.

In 2006, Michael met the love of his life, Leigh Ann (Coookie), and they were later wed on November 23, 2013. They continue to share the love of their sports teams: the Florida Gators and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Michael leaves to cherish precious memories: His devoted wife Leigh Ann, parents Arnold and Shelia James, sisters Erin Johnson and Ashley James, brother Brandon James, Grandmother Carolyn Wynn and his late Grandfather Robert E. Wynn (Papa), the late Grandparents Major Robinson and Fannie Mae James Robinson, his special Aunt Machelle (Teetee) and Uncle Tom, Father-in-law Greg Nichols and his wife Nancy Nichols, Mother-in-law Patty Nichols, and Sister-in-laws Kristen Overstreet, Julie Holland, and Laurie Brassart, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and pets.
