Boca Raton Launches MyBocaLink App

The City of Boca Raton is proud to announce the launch of its new app, MyBocaLink. As a complement to the newly redesigned website www.myboca.us, the app has a similar design style and even more mobile convenience.  The app was specifically developed to provide citizens and visitors with access to Boca Raton information and services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

MyBocaLink was the name of the City’s communication landing page prior to the launch of redesigned City site.

“MyBocaLink was a valuable tool for the media and the community while we were redesigning the City’s website,” said Chrissy Gibson, Communications and Marketing Manager for the City. “We kept the name for the City’s new app because we felt it was self-explanatory and had some familiarity. This app will serve as the link to all City programs, services, meetings, events, and information.”

The MyBocaLink app has convenient features for users on the go including the Report A Concern button. When location services are enabled, users can take a photograph of an issue they see, GPS tracking will complete the location and the user can submit the concern to the City. This same feature, which can be found on the City’s website, has been one of the most popular and convenient tools offered for reporting road and landscaping issues, graffiti, certain code violations and general, non- emergency concerns.

App users can also quickly tap on Beach Conditions, check the City’s Calendar or find a facility based on amenities, like basketball courts or playgrounds. Users can also sign up to receive newsletters and notifications.

MyBocaLink is available for download in both the Apple and Google Play stores.
