The BIG BASH is almost Here!  DELRAY BASH – FRIDAY, Feb 3 at Old School Square

The Delray Bash

The Delray Bash

Delray’s popular Food & Wine festival returns, to benefit the American Lung Association!

Get ready foodies – the Big Bash is almost here!  The Delray Bash, that is. The area’s favorite food & wine festival returns on FRIDAY, FEB 3 (7:00 – 10:00 p.m.) at Old School Square Park in downtown Delray Beach.  Now celebrating its seventh anniversary, the Bash has fast become Delray’s favorite (and most fun!) culinary events.

And best of all —  it all goes to benefit the American Lung Association.

Don’t miss this fun and casual chance to experience unlimited samplings from the area’s top restaurants, along with endless pours of fine wines, spirits, craft beers and more – all while mingling with hundreds of like-minded party-goers under the evening sky. Local sensation, The People Upstairs will be providing the live tunes, so bring your dancing shoes.  And what a “Bash” it will be!  Feast upon offerings from top-notch eateries, including  Banyan Restaurant, Brother Jimmy’s, Bru’s Room, Buddha Sky Bar, Café Luna Rose, Dada, Gelato Petrini, Hullabaloo, Pizza Rustica, Season’s 52, Vic & Angelo’s, and more!.  To accompany all this fine fare, enjoy unlimited samplings at Breakthru Beverage’s 20 different tables, each one featuring various fine wines and spirits (including New Amsterdam vodka and Coopers Craft bourbon). Also on tap: Plenty of cold craft beer, including local favorites Funky Buddha and Saltwater Brewery (care of Brown’s Distributing), plus Cav Beer, MIA, Tavern, Tryst Brewery, and more.  Gold Sponsor JM Lexus will also be on site, showcasing two of their new beauties. Make sure to stop by the table, and enter a raffle to win a great prize!

It’s a great time, and all goes to a great cause – the American Lung Association.  “Come on out for a great evening of fun in beautiful downtown Delray Beach,” notes Marsha Jaquays, Area Director of the ALA of Florida. “Together, we are going to eat, drink, dance … and help so many people who are relying on us for support and someday a cure!.”

So take a BREATH, sip and savor to your heart’s (and tummy’s!) content — and have a Blast at the Blast!

General tickets are $60 — BUT for a limited time, prices have been slashed to $45. Visit, enter Promo Code: SAVE15.

The Delray Bash takes place Friday, February 3, from 7:00-10:00 p.m. at Old School Square (51 N. Swinton Avenue, just off Atlantic Avenue) in downtown Delray Beach.
