Trainerspace Fitness Grand Opening

Another awesome Saturday evening. I attended the Grand Opening of Trainerspace Fitness Center tonite. There was a large juice bar serving many flavored non alcoholic drinks and huge platters of stone crabs, shrimp, prosciuto and mozzarella, lamb chops, crab cakes, eggrolls and much more. A large tent was set up outside with tremendous boats filled with sushi and a bar serving champagne and wines. The fitness center is truly state of the art with all kinds of equipment you can think of. I believe you need a trainer to use this facility or you can bring your own. A delicious cappucino bar served many kinds of flavors and everyone was given a gift bag with a workout shirt and other goodies. Trainerspace pulled out all the stops to make this a fantastic event. For those interested in starting their fitness journey, consider getting professional help if you don’t have any experience, a good idea would be to contact a fitness trainer to have a more personalized experience.
