True Food Kitchen Will Replace Stir Crazy at the Boca Mall

By Alyssa Lamp

According to sources, after Stir Crazy shut down Monday amidst a legal fight with Simon Mall, True Food Kitchen will occupy the vacant place starting in the summer of 2017.

Fox Restaurant Concepts, which owns True Food Kitchen, also owns Zinburger, which is right next door.

True Food Kitchen’s menu of natural, vegan and vegetarian dishes is based on nutritional principles of Andrew Weil’s anti-inflammatory diet.

True Food Kitchen is known for their laidback eatery and healthy options. They offer something for everyone and have a wide, healthy selection of vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free options.

They feature catering, take out, breakfast, a selection of coffee drinks, natural juice blends, hot and cold tea, sparkling wine cocktails, organic and low-calorie beer and sake. All wines are selected based on wineries’ commitment to organic, biodynamic and/or sustainable farming practices.

Fox Restaurant Concepts plans to also open another location in Sunrise, Florida in the Winter 2017. These will be the first locations in Florida for True Food Kitchen.
