After experiencing a few delays, construction on the Palmetto Promenade mixed-use development is wrapping up, and the building is preparing to open its doors to both residents and patrons this October.

It will consist of three nine-story towers consisting of one and two bedroom apartment units, as well as studio apartments. The Promenade will also offer 25 three bedroom townhomes, each being three stories tall. Each floor plan will feature walk-in closets, patios, and ceilings that range from nine to eleven feet.

In total, Palmetto Promenade will feature 378 residential units that will range from 712 square feet, to 2,292 square feet.

The rates for the units will range between $2,000 and $4,700 a month.

In addition to residential units, Palmetto Promenade will have 11,000 square feet of space for retail units on the ground floor.

The Promenade will feature a clubhouse with spaces for both business and social events, a fitness center, and a private pool with grilling stations. Residents will also have access to a parking garage solely for residents of Palmetto Promenade.

The project is being developed and managed by Greystar Apartments, while construction is being handled by Kast Construction.

“We are excited to offer residents a luxury mixed-use community with high-end features and best-in-class amenities,” said Gary Wallace, Managing Director of Development for Greystar Apartments. “Palmetto Promenade has a prominent location in Downtown Boca Raton, with high walkability to shopping, restaurants and the beach.”

The Charleston, South Carolina-based firm manage close to 415,000 units in around 130 global markets, making them the nation’s largest apartment operator.

The site, which is approximately six acres, is located at 333 Palmetto Park Road, and was formerly occupied by a strip plaza, single-family homes, and offices.
