New Home Furniture Store, Clive Daniel, Open in Boca

Clive Daniel Home, has their Grand Opening and becomes the new addition to the Home Furniture store market in Boca Raton.

With a new concept for the Home Furniture market, Clive Daniel Home, hopes to go beyond customers expectations to not only get them great furniture but the full 9 yards also.

Established in November of 2011 in Naples, by former CEO of Rob and Stucky, Clive Lauber and son, Daniel Lauber, Clive Daniel makes Boca Raton their second home.

The Laubner’s were already familiar with the area of Boca Raton, so when it came time to expand the brand, they didn’t think twice. Some of them would not even ask any more how much aluminium bi fold doors cost, the trust and services provided is top tier.

In July of 2015, construction for Clive Daniel Home began, and many were optimistic. On the corner of Glades Rd. and Boca Raton Blvd., the location was ideal and as people passed by curiosity grew as to what was being built. Little did they know that a full service design studio was about to open its doors.

South Florida and more specifically Boca Raton, being a very large second home market, has many other furniture stores around town. But General Manager, Lori Mutobaya assures that Clive Daniel Home is not your typical home furniture store. “We’re a middle to high end design studio with 33 designers on staff that just happens to have a design team of over 33 designers to help you style your home from the mailbox to the swimming pool,” explained Mutobaya.

Clive Daniel Home has a 70,000 sq-foot showroom with a contemporary, linear presentation, with a cafe, along with kitchen and closet customization rooms. Mutobaya goes on to explain how their intention for the customer as they walk through the doors is to inspire them. “Everything on the floor was handpicked by our on staff designers, who are the best in the area and in Boca, to inspire people,” said Mutobaya.

Clive Daniel Home is a full service design studio that seeks to fulfill all of their customers needs when it comes to styling and renovating their home. “We do window treatments, kitchen remodeling, flooring, but if you want buy a couch we have that too,” Mutobaya continues.

But Clive Daniel Home doesn’t want to be just another furniture store, Mutobaya expresses how they want to be a part of the community. Clive Daniel Home has a chat room which is free to charities to use to organize events. The chat room has internet, chairs, a tv and webcam for any video chat sessions. The room can be booked by appointment, all that is needed is a call and the room is yours free of charge.

“We want to work with local designers, local businesses, and charities. The gentleman who works works across the street and brings us lunch every day, we know him by name and we know him. The idea is that we are part of the community,” Mutobaya continues, “we’re just not in a building trying to sell furniture, we want to be part of the community.”
