Governor Rick Scott Stops By Boca Raton Police Department

Governor Rick Scott and Lieutenant Governor Carlos Lopez-Cantera stopped by the Boca Raton Police Services Department to thank Chief Dan Alexander and the members of the department for their dedication and hard work during Law Enforcement Appreciation Week.

“Public Safety is the most important factor in making our city attractive for vacationers and people and businesses looking to relocate,” says Deputy Mayor Robert Weinroth, who was in attendance with the rest of the City Council. “A-rated schools, well respected universities, business friendly environment, superior recreational opportunities, and great weather wouldn’t matter if people did not feel safe here.”
