Inaugural Great Chefs Tailgate Showcase

On Wednesday evening I attended the Chefs Tailgate Showcase at the Via Mizner C.C. leading up to the Marmot Boca Raton Bowl 12/22/15 at FAU. There were many famous Chef’s showcasing their best dishes from beef and pork sliders, tuna tartare and crabcakes, pork sliders, chocolate fondue desserts. A very large crowd mostly dressed in football jersey’s enjoyed a fun filled evening with FAU cheerleaders, food judging contest, games and raffles. I won a huge basket filled with candles with the raffle tickets I purchased. Thank you Jon and Bonnie Kaye once again.
