Pope John Paul beats St. Andrew’s for district title

Pope John Paul II defeated St. Andrew’s 25-21, 25-20, 25-14 to take the district Girl’s volleyball title. The first ranked Eagles beat the second ranked Scots Friday night, lead by Seniors Meaghan Donahue, Amanda Gius, and Jessica Colasacco. Meaghan Donahue led the team with 10 digs, 9 kills, and 7 service points. Amanda Gius also contributed with 24 assists while Freshman Paula Cerame had 10 kills and 4 aces.
