Farmer’s Table Hosts Best Boca Life Event

By Kathryn Wohlpart

The Farmer’s Table, the area’s largest health-focused restaurant, is hosting an event to teach the local community how to live a healthier life. “Learn to Live Your Best Boca Life” will feature a cocktail hour with networking and tips on how to stay healthy.

The event will be hosted on Wednesday, August 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. on the second floor of Wyndham Hotel’s Event Center. Proceeds from “Learn to Live Your Best Boca Life” will go to the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute as a part of Boca Raton Chamber’s Festival days.

“This is a great opportunity for health-conscious locals to mingle with fellow like-minded individuals,” says owner Mitchell Robbins. “We look forward to this Farmer’s Table event and many more in the future to help foster ties in the community.”

Local Businesses will hold presentations including an activewear presentation by Bloomingdale’s and essential oil therapy, seven minute daily facelifts, and other holistic practices by Skin Apeel Day Spa. Other presentations include Jody Jack & Co Salon’s at home brow design, a mini lesson from Yoga Journey, Gregory’s Fine Jewelry’s discussion on jewelry maintenance, and the Wyndham Hotel’s private party tips and catering packages.

Advanced tickets will be sold for $25 or tickets can be purchased at the door for $30 and include a complimentary drink and light appetizers. Raffle tickets will also be sold for a chance to win prizes such as brunch for two at Farmer’s Table and a Tension Tamer Spa Escape Package from Skin Apeel Day Spa.
