Top 10 most expensive houses in Boca Raton

We all see those grand, luxurious mansions along the inlet and roads like A1A, but the same question always remains: How much do they really cost? Zillow.com has listed the ten most expensive houses for sale in Boca Raton, and while Boca’s known for being a lavish city, these residencies take it to the extreme.

#1. 3682 Princeton Place

Built in 2007, The Bell-Estate is currently on the market for $35 million. It has eight bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, and 35,548 square feet. It includes the world’s top rated Star Trek home theater, LED Disco lighting, a huge ballroom, three bars, a wine cellar, an arcade, and much more.

#2. 700 Coquina Way

Built in 2003, Villa Coquina is listed for $18.9 million. This waterfront residence has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and 17,062 square feet. The Villa, which has a modern and world class design, is a block away from oceanfront golfing, parks, and beaches.

#3. 380 East Coconut Palm Road

Built in 2005, this house is currently on the market for $13.5 million. It’s one of Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club’s most prestigious residencies. It’s home to seven bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, and 14,172 square feet, and features an open floor plan, a billiard room, wine room, and great windows, and if you need to fix them using window mesh repairs can be great.
