DUI Arrest after Crashing Car into Bushes

Lucianne Morello was arrested on May 14 for driving under the influence after a witness saw her car steer into the bushes with her slumped over the steering wheel.

Morello, who was traveling westbound on N Verde Trail, was reported to have run a red light at St. Andrews Blvd and swerve into bushes on the south side of the street by witness, Journey Rose.

Officer Keith Graham reported that Morello’s speech was slurred and that she could not identify herself. Morello complied with Graham’s request to take a sobriety test until Graham began performing the test.

Morello stopped complying with Graham’s examination and started yelling profanities at the officers who reported to the scene. Graham placed Morello under arrest and Morello was transported to Boca Regional Hospital where she produced a breath sample of .308 and .312. Morello was then transported to Palm Beach County Jail.
