City of Boca Raton Announced Summer Music Series at Downtowns Boca’s Mizner Park Emphitheater

The City of Boca Raton’s Summer Music Series promises a line-up of great FREE concerts starting Sunday, June 15 through Sunday, August 17 at Downtown’s Mizner Park Amphitheater at 590 Plaza Real.

“We are offering a musical selection with a little something for everyone. FAU’s Summer Concert Band and the Symphonia Boca Raton will delight audiences with classical and big band music, and then we’ve got a selection of tribute bands that pay homage to our favorite singer songwriters and classic rock bands,” said Chrissy Biagiotti, Community Relations Manager for the City of Boca Raton.

  • Friday, June 20 at 7:30 p.m.              The Long Run (Eagles tribute band)
  • Friday, June 27 at 7:30 p.m.              Crazy Fingers (Grateful Dead tribute band)
  • Friday, July 11 at 7:30 p.m.                Odyssey Road (Journey tribute band)
  • Sunday, July 20 at 7 p.m.                    The Symphonia Boca Raton
  • Friday, July 25 at 7:30 p.m.                U2 by UV (U2 tribute band)
  • Friday, August 1 at 7:30 p.m.              Jimmy Stowe and the Stowaways (Jimmy Buffet tribute band)
  • Friday, August 8 at 7:30 p.m.             Turnstiles (Billy Joel tribute band)
  • Sunday, August 17 at 7 p.m.                The Symphonia Boca Raton

Blankets and chairs are welcome, but for convenience, chairs will also be available to rent for $5.00.

Attendees are encouraged to walk, bike, car pool and use free parking at City Hall and the Boca Raton Library.  Food and beverages will be available to purchase inside the venue.   No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed.  All shows are rain or shine.
