Betty Kabobjian, 87, peacefully passed away
Betty Kabobjian, 87, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2013. Born in 1926, Betty married Dick and they shared 67 wonderful years of marriage.
Always so proud of her family, she leaves behind her loving husband Dick, her daughter and son-in-law Janet and George Cook, her son and daughter-in-law Rich and Lora Kabobjian, five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Always loving and caring, she tirelessly devoted much of her time to the Armenian Church-St Thomas in Tenafly, NJ and St David’s in Boca Raton, Florida where she and Dick retired to in 1985. All enjoyed her beautiful voice as she was a long time member of the church choir.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St David’s Armenian Church, 2300 NW 51st Street, Boca Raton, Florida, 33431. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 11:00 A.M.at Ocean County Memorial Park, 280 Wells Mills Road, Waretown, NJ.
