Back to School Saving Looming

It’s time for back to school savings once again this weekend August 12th- 14th.

For many of us that is a small smidgen of savings to mark a reminder that soon educational institutionalization beginning far, far too early in the morning is upon us.

However, retailers everywhere are going to be selling school supplies and certain designated goods will be offered free of their standard sales tax.

Most articles of clothing excluding jewelry as well as sporting attire are slated to be tax free this weekend. Other individual school supplies such as pencils, calculators, and paper costing no more than $15 are covered by the tax break, wallets not more than $75 are also included in the tax break. For a full up to date list of everything that will be tax exempt this weekend visit www.myfloridahouse.gov or follow the Boca Raton Tribune for any updates.
